New users can be invited to work on a project at any time.
Share project
To manage the members of the project, open the corresponding project and click on the button Members. In the pop-up, you can invite further members or set the visibility of the project.
Visibility
With the visibility of the project, you manage whether your project is public, or only visible to certain members. If you set the project to the public, it can be opened and viewed by anyone.
Please note the setting Visible for all is only available if the workspace itself is also set to Visible to all.
Members
To add a member to the project, enter the email address in the text field and confirm the entry with Enter. After adding, the new member is added to the list and an invitation is sent to the specified email address.
You can individually determine which permissions each member should receive in the dropdown.
Please note that projects can only be shared with other members by a user of the workspace.
